I know that New Yorker's have accepted the pigeon as their mascot, but aren't pigeons just rats with wings??? I have definitely seen more rats than pigeons that's for sure, which leads me to believe that 'Rats' should be the official mascot of nYc!

Spotted in Park slope, this woman skipped the hassle of cleaning up after her turtle by placing her turtle in a diaper. Furthermore, she even took it one step further & made it fashionable by placing it in a shirt that just happened to have a tiger stitched on it. WoW!!!!!!
